Interviewed by Amy J.

1. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? Did You end up being that? If not, why, and what did you become instead? If so, was it everything you thought/hoped it would be as a child? Famous, and a Mommy. Well in someways I'm both! I'm in no way famous on a large scale and maybe I should have said rich and famous, ha! But because of all the stories that my children create, I sometimes have a reputation before I get to meet people! When I do meet them they say, "Oh I've heard about you, you have the three boys right?" But yes I am just what I wanted to be. I love my kids.

2. If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, living or dead, who would it be, and why? What would you hope to talk with them or ask them about? My maternal Grandmother, and my sister Stacy. I was one when my sister died and 4 when my grandmother died. I would love to make my own memories with both of them. I would just ask them to talk about themselves, then see where the conversation led us.

3. Next to having and raising three amazing (and gorgeous!) boys, what do you feel has been your greatest accomplishment so far in life? Finding me. I know most of us struggle with who we are when we are kids, but I seemed to hit every bump in the road. There are some things I did as a teen/young lady that I am very proud of, and some choices I am not. Yet it's all of that put together that makes me who I am. I hope I have learned from my mistakes. I pray I can help my children and possibly others from doing the same stupid things. At the end of the day I finally like me!

4. What is the most challenging thing about homeschooling your kids? Wondering if I'm doing the right thing. If it's been a hard day and I think about putting them in school I have to look at my motives. Are they what is really best for my kids, or of a selfish nature. At the end of the day I want to be able to say that I am raising children who will be strong in the Lord, self sufficient adults, who contribute to society in a positive way.

5. If you (kind of like Sleeping Beauty) went to sleep now and didn't wake up for 20 years (and you obviously kicked your Prince Charming in the shins for waiting 20 years to kiss you and wake you up...), what do you think each of your children would be doing in their lives? Wow this is so hard to think about. In 20 years my boys will be 26, 24 and, 23. I was married and had two babies by 23, yikes. I hope they will be in or done with school. Beyond that who knows. Parker wants to everything from be an engineer to work at Home Depot. There's not much he doesn't want to try. He really likes the idea of helping poeple and he wants to be a movie maker. He is so creative and a people pleaser it's hard to say. Marshall is my Mr. logic, he is very helpful around the house and quite responsible. He will be some sort of leader. I wouldn't be surprised if Carson was at a big college on some sort of athletic scholarship full ride of course. He loves sports and is pretty good for just turning 3. He learned to walk by dribbling a soccer ball across the room. At 2 he could drop kick the ball with impressive accuracy. Whatever they will be I pray they are strong Christian men.
